Although I choose to eat meat less and less these days, I have actually been craving this saucy, beefy, tangy dish a lot this winter. Maybe I just need the iron, or the vitamin A in the carrots; not sure what the issue is, but I have made this a lot in the past couple of months, and still have not had enough.
