Tree frogs are chirping and daffodils are blooming; winter's brazen filibuster has ended and spring has finally arrived in New England! As I sit at my desk, the view is dominated by bare branched woods yet to bud, and bright green grassy clearings, early spring's distinctive and brief landscape. Because of it's brevity, I savor the beauty of it all. This is my favorite time of year!
