That's what I thought the first time this combination passed my lips...sheer shrimp genius on a plate! And to say that after 30 years it's still on my mind qualifies this as a memorable merger indeed! Grapefruit's piquant bitter juiciness balanced by French dressing's sweetness, and creamy avocado, all adorning succulent shrimp atop a bed of greens...truly, it's a marriage made in heaven! |
