If you're trying to stay away from wheat, here is a recipe that incorporates sorghum flour, millet flour and brown rice flour while holding together beautifully in a perfectly textured bread. You may opt to use a gluten free flour blend instead of the flour listed here.
I had been thinking about chocolate cake for way too long, like a couple of months...really. And it's so a-typical for me, that I kept passing it off, believing that it'll just go away if I ignore it long enough. And gosh darn it, I'm better than that!
